You may use your credit card to pay via our secure PayPal payment gateway. A PayPal account is not needed for this method of payment. PayPal is our preferred payment method, however we also accept payment via Direct Deposit.  All funds must be cleared before goods are sent.


Refunds and returns

We shop online too, so we know how important it is to have peace of mind that your order can be easily exchanged or refunded. We will gladly exchange or refund within 60 days from the date of delivery - no questions asked. Please note that each item will be inspected for wear and tear before a refund will be issued.


Please email us at sales@onallpaws.com.au to notify us of your intent to return your purchase.  Please provide your order number, date of purchase, item description and item value to assist us with processing your refund.


The item must be returned within 60 days of delivery in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition.  The customer must package all returns in a protective wrapping (eg, bubble wrap) to avoid damage during shipping.  We strongly suggest you send the returned item with insurance and delivery confirmation so that your package can be tracked.  


Once your return has been received by On All Paws, please allow up 5 working days for your refund to be issued.

Non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders 

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.  Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct.  All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
