Payment

You may use your credit card to pay via our secure PayPal payment gateway. A PayPal account is not needed for this method of payment. PayPal is our preferred payment method, however we also accept payment via Direct Deposit.  All funds must be cleared before goods are sent.

 

Special orders

Many of our products are available for Special Order if we don't have your size or colour in stock.  Please send us an email with your pet's measurements and we will contact you with the price and estimated shipping date.  A 50% deposit is required for all Special Orders.  The balance is to be paid at the time of shipping.  Most Special Orders can be delivered within 10-15 working days.

 

Refunds and returns

We will gladly exchange or refund most of our items within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Please note that each item will be inspected for wear and tear before a refund will be issued.  Unfortunately opened food, treats, shampoos and other spa products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

 

Please email us at sales@onallpaws.com.au to notify us of your intent to return your purchase.  Please provide your order number, date of purchase, item description and item value to assist us with processing your refund.

 

The item must be returned within 14 days in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition.  The customer must package all returns in a protective wrapping (eg, bubble wrap) to avoid damage during shipping.  We strongly suggest you send the returned item with insurance and delivery confirmation so that your package can be tracked.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Once your return has been received by On All Paws, please allow up 5 working days for your refund to be issued.

Non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders 

If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.  If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges.  Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct.  All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

 

Currency

All amounts listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

 

Security notice 

We have created a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet and your credit card and contact details will not be compromised.  All online payments are made via PayPal.

On All Paws is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.  Our privacy policy supports the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 and we ensure that the personal information collected is accurate and secure.  On All Paws will only use and disclose personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected.  On All Paws does not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, other than for the purpose of facilitating a service to you which was the purpose for which the information was provided, or otherwise necessitated by law.
